One more week
Yes, another delay. I know this is starting to seem unbelievable because that's how we feel too. But we got another call today that our paperwork can't be ready. The new day for everything to be ready is March 11th and our tentative date to travel is March 16th. So we start another countdown and another wait. What else can we do but dig deep and try to find some more patience? The right time will come and we'll finally be able to meet our baby. I'm just hoping it's soon.

What agency are you using. It is weird. I hear people all over saying how they are promised dates of travel and things happen. We got referrals/blind referrals and a definite date. They never said, we think you will be traveling on such and such a date. It was, there is a kid waiting, here is the date you need to meet him/her, which means you need to leave on this date. Period end of story. Sometimes we got 1-2 weeks notice, other times we had 4 days notice. But the date never changed. I soooo feel for you both.
UGH Lori! I'm so sorry you're going through this. But it sounds like you haven't lost sight of the ultimate goal.
